In addition to these, he serves as Ayala’s Group Head of Corporate Strategy and Development, President and CEO of Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc. and as a Director in various companies under the Ayala group. He obtained a BS degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University and graduated with an MBA (with Honors) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

He is concurrently the Chief Finance Officer of Ayala Corporation and sits on the board of several Ayala group companies, including Globe Telecommunication, Bank of the Philippine Islands, AC Energy, AC Industrials, and AC Health. Outside the Ayala group, he is a director of SSI Group and LICA Management. Before assuming the CFO role in Ayala, he held various responsibilities in Bank of the Philippine Islands, including President of its consumer banking and investment banking arms.

A Senior Manager in the international business development team of AC Energy and a Director for both AC Industrial Technology Holdings Inc. and Merlin Solar. Prior to these, he was a Manager in the Corporate Strategy and Business Development for AF Payments, Inc. He started his career in J.P. Morgan. he earned a degree in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from INSEAD.
