Director of Integrated Micro-Electronics Inc. since 2016. He is concurrently the Chief Finance Officer of Ayala Corporation and sits on the board of several Ayala group companies, including Globe Telecommunication, Bank of the Philippine Islands, AC Energy, AC Industrials, and AC Health. Outside the Ayala group, he is a director of SSI Group and LICA Management. Before assuming the CFO role in Ayala, he held various responsibilities in Bank of the Philippine Islands, including President of its consumer banking and investment banking arms. In 2017, he was named ING-Finex CFO of the Year.  He graduated from Stanford University with a BS Mathematical Sciences (Honors Program) in 1984 and from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA (Finance and Investment Management) in 1988.
