President and Chief Operating Officer of Ayala Corporation. Concurrently, he is the Chairman of Ayala Land Inc. and Manila Water Corporation. He is also a Board Director in other organizations under the Ayala group such as the Bank of the Philippine Islands, Globe Telecommunications and Ayala Foundation. Beyond Ayala, he holds leadership roles in other organizations such as Caritas, Pilipinas Shell Corporation, INSEAD, Georgetown University and Asia Society. He has a Liberal Arts degree from Harvard College and a CIM from INSEAD, France.
